The launch of the Pixel Watch is right around the corner. Thanks to a post on Reddit, we now have the complete unboxing images of the smartwatch.
According to the images, the box for the smartwatch is quite thicker than the initial speculation. The watch comes already outfitted with the Active band. The whole device comes wrapped around a large piece of cardboard that, when viewed from the side, like a pill. Mechanical watchmakers have historically used a little fabric pillow for this presentation, which instantly displays the object.
Additional pictures of the unboxing reveal that the Pixel Watch is not fastened to the USB-C magnetic charging cable’s puck, which is located in the hollow area below. This model features a “Charcoal Active band” and is made of “Polished Silver Stainless Steel.” The box contains both sizes of the:
- 130–175 mm wrists can be fitted with a little band.
- 165-210 mm wrists can be fitted with a large band.
On one side of the box, it says “Wear OS by Google” and “Hey Google,” and the OS version is stated as Wear OS 3.5. Vietnamese workers make the Pixel Watch.
Another image included in this unboxing shows the infamous Pixel Watch bezel. Even if the screen or device is off, the side view is quite revealing.
