Now share YouTube videos directly to Snapchat!

YouTube has added yet another feature to its sharing capabilities. The users now can share Youtube videos directly on Snapchat The functionality, which was announced via an official blog post, eliminates the need for copying and pasting owing to direct integration into YouTube’s Share Sheet. This should make emailing clips to friends and adding video links to Story postings a lot easier than it was before.
Starting today, all Snapchatters across iOS and Android can seamlessly share their favorite YouTube videos with their friends straight through the Snapchat Camera – no more pesky copying and pasting required!
This is the first time on Snapchat that YouTube URLs will feature a mini-player sticker or animation. If you send or receive a Snapchat with a YouTube link attached, touching the sticker will launch the video in either the YouTube app or a browser, depending on your or the recipient’s device settings.
This is the first time that YouTube links can be shared visually to Snapchat Stories and one-on-one Snaps, while still accessing the Camera and full suite of Snapchat Creative Tools for self expression. Our tappable YouTube stickers bring Snapchatters directly to the video within the YouTube app or in their preferred mobile browser.
To use the features, Simply launch the YouTube app on your Android phone and press the “Share” button to get started. The Snapchat logo has been added to the top of YouTube’s Share Sheet; hitting it will open the app and allow you to insert a recent video, photo, or Story. There’s no reason to send blurry videos when you can now send the actual thing.
