Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy F23 smartphone in India. It is a mid-range 5G smartphone aimed to target the mid-range segment in the country for an affordable 5G device. However, it has some decent specs for the price.
Out of the box, the Galaxy F23 comes with a 6.6-inch FHD+ 144Hz IPS LCD Display with Infinity-V notch. Under the notch, we will get a 13MP selfie camera. At the back, we get to see a triple camera setup with 50MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro sensor. Underneath, Samsung is giving a Snapdragon 750G SoC, along with 4GB/6GB RAM and 128GB storage, and the OG microSD card slot.
You will get to see Android 12 with OneUI 4.1, however, the update schedule isn’t clear at this time. But most probably, you will receive at least 3 years of total software updates. The device do come with 5G, WiFi 5, Bluetooth v5, a 5000mAh battery, and a headphone jack.
And tons of bloats and ads, with more being pushed via OTA!
As for the the Galaxy F23 will be available for a price of ₹17,499 for 4GB variant and ₹18,999 for the 6GB variant. At the time of the writing, the introductory price for the device will be ₹14,999 for 4GB and ₹15,999 for 6GB which also includes ICICI bank offer. The device will go on sale starting March 16, via Flipkart and Samsung online store.
