Galaxy S21 FE is again on the headlines now, as someone has leaked full details about the smartphone. Thanks to WinFuture, we now know what we can expect from the upcoming Galaxy S21 FE which is going to launch the very next month at CES 2022.
Say bye bye to MicroSD card.
Starting last year, Samsung has ditched the SD card slot completely. The S20 FE too didn’t have the SD card slot, and next year as well, we will not see the SD card slot either. This time around, Samsung will offer two variants with the device – 6/128GB and 8/256GB. The display on the other hand will be a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X flat display. It will have a 120Hz refresh rate and will be limited to FHD+ only.
The S21 FE will have an aluminum frame with a polycarbonate back and will have IP68 certifications. For security, the smartphone will come with an in-display ultrasonic sensor, finally. On the top, the battery remains to be 4500mAh.
Since headphone jacks are the thing of the past, it’s not available on the device either. For the color options, you may see very less options – Graphite, Olive, Lavender, and White. These colors might differ region-wise.
Galaxy S21 FE camera : Same as S20 FE.
Samsung isn’t making any changes to the camera here. You will get to see a 32MP front-facing camera with an aperture of f/2.2. On the other hand, the rear camera will come with a 12MP main camera with dual-pixel autofocus and OIS. The second camera is a 12MP ultra-wide camera, which might act as a macro camera as well, and the third camera is an 8MP telephoto with autofocus and OIS.
As for the SoC, we will see Snapdragon 888, however, previous rumors also suggest that Samsung might use Exynos 2100 for some markets. As for the pricing, it is rumored to price for a cost of 749 Euros for 128GB and 819 Euros for 256GB.
