Reliance Jio in collaboration with Google is here with a new handset, the JioPhone Next. In just over three months from the announcement, the handset is already here for order.

The main attraction of the JioPhone Next is its custom-made software that’s tailored to Indian customers. The software comes with system-wide translation, voice typing, and read-aloud services available for 10 native languages at the touch of a button. Similar to its Pixel feature drops, Google will continue to support the phone by adding new capabilities via software upgrades.
Price and Availability
The JioPhone Next is placed at the price point of ₹1,999 with monthly installment options ranging from ₹300 ($4) to ₹600 ($8) per month and a processing fee of ₹501 ($6.70). Jio voice and data services are also included in these installment options.
Meanwhile, the JioPhone Next retails at ₹6,499 ($87) without payments. The first sales will take place on the 4th of November through JioMart’s online and retail partners.
