Huawei has launched the Huawei Nova 9 and Nova 9 Pro globally today. A few days ago, the same devices were unveiled in mainland China. Alongside, we also see the new Watch GT 3 coming out in the daylight along with the device.
As for the specifications, the Huawei Nova 9 comes with a 6.57-inch FHD+ OLED display, with a 120Hz refresh rate out of the box. At the back of the device, you get to see a 50MP RYYB sensor, along with a depth and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. Yup, no Google services yet again, but you get to see the new Harmony OS running on the device. The device does come with Snapdragon 778G but without 5G as per terms by Qualcomm. The battery inside is a 4,300mAh battery with 66W of fast charging support.
On the other hand, we also have the Watch GT 3 launched with the Nova 9. It also runs on Harmony OS 2.1 and manages to squeeze in everything that a normal smartwatch contains – heart rate sensor, SP02 sensor, and many other things. It includes more than 100 workout modes, with 18 professional modes, 12 outdoor workouts, and 6 indoor workouts.
The GT 3 will be available in two sizes – 46mm with 16-day battery life on a single charge, and three different styles to choose from, whereas the 42mm model will come with week-long battery life with two different styles to choose from.
The Huawei Nova 9 is available for preorders in Europe starting November 9 for a price of €499. On the other hand, Watch GT 3 will be available for a price tag of £210 in the UK.
