Google, Pixel

As the new OS upgrade approaches its formal introduction, Google has launched the fourth beta version of Android 12. Before Google makes Android 12 available to Pixel phones and other suitable devices, one more beta version will be released. With Android 12 Beta 4, Google has achieved platform stability, allowing app and game developers to test their projects’ final compatibility.

These are the features that pop out the most,

  • There’s now a lock icon on the lock screen
  • Compact Notification in Landscape Mode
  • Revamped Material Google Logo on the Search Bar
  • Markup gets easier crop options
  • Image sharing directly from Recents Menu
  • Android 12 Easter Egg
  • Various other tweaks throughout the Settings App and OS
