Google Pixel 5a makes its way to FCC.

A mysterious phone, undoubtedly Google Pixel 5a, has made its way to FCC. This new listing is giving away certain details about the device. There are going to be three different variants for the device.

Out of the three variants, one variant, the G1F8F model will be launched in the US because of the sub6 5G bands and all the LTE bands. Unfortunately, there is no support for the mmWave on the device, which can’t be expected from the budget-centric smartphone after all.

There are these two different variants – GR0M2 and G4S1M. Although Google said before that Pixel 5a will be launched in the USA and Japan, the number of additional device variants contradicts Google’s statements. This third country might not be announced yet, or Google is just trying to get a certification of a non-release device.

Moreover, it appears that Google Pixel 5a is going to be a subtle upgrade to the present Pixel 4a.
