Windows 11 is cool, yet covered with a lot of controversies such as TPM support, processors not less than 4 years old support and so on. However, we didn’t know yet as of when Windows 11 will launch for the general public, given that the Insiders will get the update sometime withing this week itself. However, now we might have a launch month confirmed[!].
Windows 11 might launch within a few months.
During the June 24 event, Microsoft announced that Windows 11 will be available starting Holiday 2021. But left no clue as to when in that time period. But, thanks to The Verge, we have a launch month, announced by Panos himself in a Teams message. However, the exact launch date still remains a mystery.
Chances of getting Windows 11 in the month of October is high, but uncertain. But it is possible that the eligible devices will start getting the stable update starting October.
However, it still revolves around as if your system support the OS or not, given how Microsoft changed the requirement for the OS to run on. You can use PC health checker from Microsoft, or use this software called WhyNotWin11 to get detailed report.
