Sony is preparing to release a new collection of earbuds. Despite the fact that Sony has yet to make an official announcement, a new leak has revealed the company’s next launch. The TWS earbuds, dubbed the Sony WF-1000XM4, are scheduled to arrive in June. The TWS earbuds’ design has also been leaked. This will be the WF-1000XM3’s replacement, which was released in 2020. The earbuds were rated as one of the best premium audio items on the market.
Sony’s next TWS earphones would, as planned, abandon the elongated pill-shaped design in favour of a rounder, more compact design. This will go with the more traditional aesthetic that is currently sweeping the industry.
The photos, which were recently discovered by The Walkman Blog, also display a revamped case that appears to be smaller than the previous model. The site also claims that the new buds could be released on 8 June.
When it comes to style, the XM4 has a circular appearance, while the XM3 has a pill-shaped appearance. The same black and gold color scheme as the XM3 can be found on this model. The XM4 appears to be smaller than the XM3 from the outside. According to the listing, earbuds may be equipped with wireless charging capabilities. According to the Walkman Blog, the earbuds have 9mm drivers.
The Walkman Blog also discovered that the charging case this time around could support wireless charging.
