Motorola has finally launched the latest Moto G60 and Moto G40 Fusion in India, as rumored previously. Both phones are from the Moto G series and feature up to 108-megapixel rear cameras, as well as a 120Hz display and other features. The ‘Made in India’ phones will compete with Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 10 series and Realme’s 8 series, both of which have a 108-megapixel camera setup.
The Moto G60 has been launched at a competitive price of Rs 17,999, with an additional discount available for ICICI bank cards. You could get the phone for as little as Rs 16,499 after the instant discount. However, keep in mind that Motorola only released the Moto G60 in a single 6GB version, while its competitors also offer an 8GB model.
Motorola appears to have paid attention to the Moto G60’s architecture. The smartphone comes with a massive 6.8-inch display HD+ display with a high refresh rate of 120Hz. If you are a gamer or a movie buff, you can appreciate the show.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G processor is paired with 6GB of RAM in the Moto G60. The processor handles almost all tasks with ease, but during my brief time with the phone, I noticed that it gets hot when playing heavy games. The Motorola G60 is powered by a 6000mAh battery with a support 20W Turbocharger.
The Moto G60 is the first Moto G phone to feature a 108-megapixel camera on the back. A 108-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor are included in the package. The front camera has a resolution of 32 megapixels.
The cameras and RAM/storage are the main differences. The Moto 40 Fusion is equipped with a 64-megapixel sensor. A 64-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide/macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor are all included. The front camera has a resolution of 16 megapixels. It also has a fingerprint scanner on the back and runs Android 11 (near-stock).
