After months of rumours and speculation, Apple has finally revealed the Apple AirTag. The Apple Airtag is a lightweight gadget that users can carry in their bags or stick to wallets and other personal items. The Apple Find My app can then be used to keep track of these items at all times.
Unlike the square Samsung Galaxy SmartTags that perform similar functions, the AirTag has a circular shape. It has a built-in speaker, accelerometer, Bluetooth LE, and a battery that can be replaced by the user. The package will be able to connect to a variety of items and will include a keychain with a small leather pouch in which the AirTag can be stored.
Apple offers a variety of AirTag accessories, including the Polyurethane Loop, Leather Loop, and Leather Key Ring. Handcrafted leather accessories such as the Bag Charm, Key Ring, Travel Tag, and Luggage Tag are included in an exclusive AirTag Hermes edition. Users can also get a free engraving of their choosing or any emoji on their AirTag.
The AirTag will be available for purchase on April 30th, with a single tag costing $29 and a four-pack costing $99. The prices are INR3,190 and INR10,900, respectively, for Indian buyers.
Apple’s Spring Loaded event started off with a surprise for everyone: a new colour variant dedicated to spring. Purple will be available on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini for the first time.
Purple joins the current colour options for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini, which include Blue, Green, Black, White, and (PRODUCT) RED. The iPhone 12 will launch at Rs 79,900 in the United States, while the iPhone 12 mini will be available for Rs 69,900.
