A new listing on Google Play console shows a new Galaxy A-series device, which will launch in the coming weeks. The upcoming smartphone is a Galaxy A82, which has recently surfaced on the Google Play Console listing and is the successor to the old Galaxy A80.
Remember when the Galaxy A80 became the first Samsung smartphone with a 360-degree flip camera, but none of the devices in 2020 carried the same trend. And with the images in the list, we can clearly see that Samsung has themselves ditched the flipping camera mechanism. The new images show the subtle design, at least the front since the images doesn’t show the back of the device.
The Galaxy A82 will come with an year old (not technically, since the SoC came in Q3 in 2020) Snapdragon 855+ SoC, which is a flagship SoC inside an A-series device. As for the other specifications, the device will come with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. The display here is an FHD+ Super AMOLED display. Other details of the device are still unknown. As of now, there are no information if the device will make it to the international market.
