Having a great camera in your smartphone is one of the biggest priorities of this generation. The time has changed from carrying handheld cameras everywhere to having one of the best cameras just in your pockets. Google and Samsung have their latest flagships launched in the market, the Pixel 5 and the Galaxy S21.
The Google Pixel 5 goes with a Dual Camera Setup, while the Samsung Galaxy S21 has a triple camera array comprises a main 12MP wide-angle lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 64MP telephoto lens with 3x hybrid optic zoom and 30x space zoom. Here is the Camera Specification of both the devices from GSMArena,

We took out both the devices on a shootout, and here are the camera samples,
Lenny clicks the pictures in all sorts of conditions, including indoor and outdoor lighting, snow, low light, and even Portrait Mode on both the front and rear cameras. Personally, I prefer the Google Pixel 5 over the Galaxy S21 because, to my eyes, the colors seem more natural and accurate. The Night Mode on Pixel also feels better. The Galaxy S21 also has features to its benefit, including the 8K Video Recording, a dedicated sensor for 10x Zoom, and more.
We have also done a speed comparison of both these devices, the video is linked below,
