A new Black Shark, having a model number PRS-A0, codenamed “penrose”, appears on Google Play Console. The upcoming Black Shark device features an FHD+ display, along with 12GB RAM. This can be the upcoming Black Shark 4 Pro.
Black Shark – A “Pro”, may be?
As per the listing, the phone comes with 12GB RAM, Android 11, and an FHD+ display. However, it mentions the device to come with SM8250 SoC. Which is actually a Snapdragon 865. But it can be a mistake as the Black Shark 4 has a Snapdragon 888, but was listed with Snapdragon 835.
We also get a look at the display, as the listing needs the manufacturers to upload a front image of the smartphone. You can clearly see a selfie camera, placed at the center of the display, maybe a punch-hole. The front-view also shows the positioning of the hardware keys as well. The power key is placed on the top-right, however, the volume keys rest on the left side of the phone. At the bottom, you can see a gaming-focused key as well.
However, one thing is worth noting that the listing shows about the display. The previous year’s Black Shark 3 Pro came with a QHD+ display, but this time it shows as an FHD+ display on the listing.
More is yet to be seen about the device in the coming days.
