Looks like another handset is joining the Mi 11 lineup, the Mi 11 Lite. The Mi 11 was launched in the final days of 2020. As per the majority of the rumors, the lineup is now going to be joined by the cheaper Lite variant and a much powerful Pro variant.
According to Digital Chat Station, this new mid-range handset will come with an OLED single-hole Display. The handset will be equipped with the upcoming Snapdragon SM7350 chipset.
It is speculated that this is the Snapdragon 775G which is built on the 5nm process technology. In addition, its CPU will have one powerful Cortex-A78 core. Meanwhile, this chipset also comes with support for up to 12G memory, LPDDR5 flash memory, and UFS3.1, and supports a 120Hz refresh rate screen. So if the handset does have the Snapdragon SM7350 chipset, we can expect the Display to have a 120Hz screen.
The tipster further reveals that the headset will come with a 64MP main camera, unlike the 108MP camera on the Mi 11. We will also get to see the 5X zoom telephoto cameras on the Mi 11 Lite.
There is still no official word from Xiaomi on the Mi 11 Lite. So we will have to wait to see what the handset will be like.
