The rumor mill has once again spilled us some speculations that the Apple Glass could actually be announced this year. It all started back in 2015 when Apple was registering patents for its upcoming class of device and we were all highly excited.

Although none of it seemed surreal until Ming-Chi Kuo initially said that the manufacturing of the AR glassed could begin in late 2019 or early 2020. But later, he noted that the estimated release date could be pushed to 2022.

Now, a new report from Techradar says that while the device won’t be launched until then, it could actually be announced in an event in March 2021. The source also said that they would in fact be called Apple Glass.

It also seems that all of the processing work will be done on a paired iPhone instead of Apple Glass. That makes sense since the Glass should be super lightweight and should look like regular glasses as well.

All we can do is to wait and watch how the next category of glasses will revolutionize the world. until then, keep following us for more updates.
