Samsung has recently announced new Exynos Chips with Samsung Galaxy S21. New Exynos chips expected to power up, the new handset of Galaxy S21. Like the Exynos 1080 chips announced last year. Integrated with a 5G modem that can handle Sub-6GHz and mmWave.
The new Exynos 2100 processor is an octa-core CPU that includes one Arm Cortex-X1 core. And four-efficient Cortex-A55 cores. Altogether Exynos offers 10 percent more performance than the 7nm predecessor or 20 percent less power consumption. In terms of camera sensors, it supports resolution up to 200 megapixels.
Samsung is planning to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 in the Galaxy S21. With the Exynos 2100, Samsung is no doubt hoping to close the performance gap between its chips and Qualcomm’s.
