Samsung is working on its premium mid-range successors for the current devices. The firm is, however, making two different variants of the Galaxy A72 yet again, one for LTE-only regions and one with 5G. But things are not looking much good for the LTE version.
Major specification leaks suggest that the LTE-only variant will have a downgraded processor in Galaxy A72 in comparison to the 5G variant. The 5G variant will come with the new Snapdragon 750G SoC, and will have a model number SM-A725B. The benchmark shows that the device will come with Snapdragon 720G SoC, which is way older than my Galaxy A71’s Snapdragon 730.
Other than that, the Galaxy A72 will come with 8GB of RAM, like the both the Galaxy A52. The new Galaxy A-series lineup will launch somewhere near next year.
