Apple, on Friday, has announced a new replacement program for the iPhone 11. They have recently found out issues with the iPhone 11’s display module.
Apple has determined that a small percentage of iPhone 11 displays may stop responding to touch due to an issue with the display module. Affected devices were manufactured between November 2019 and May 2020.
If your iPhone 11 has been exhibiting this issue, please use the serial number checker below to see if your device is eligible for this program. If so, Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will provide service, free of charge.
According to the report, the iPhones manufactured between November 2019 and March 2020 has this display issue. If you are facing such an issue, head to Apple Store/Apple Authorized Care to get your phone repaired. In case your display has broken, you need to get that fixed before availing of this repair, thanks to the free Apple Replacement Program. Moreover, If you have paid for this repair, contact Apple for a refund.
