Looks like Oppo is gearing up for the launch of its new handset Oppo Reno 5. Just yesterday we saw it in the TENAA listing. Today it has managed to get the 3C certification.
The new handset was listed with model numbers PEGM00 and PEGT00 similar to that in the TENAA listing. According to the 3C certification, we can now say with surety that the handset will come with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 Flash Charge.
We can expect the handset to house a 4,300mAH battery powering a 6.43-inch OLED display. The handset will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset. As for the rear quad-camera setup, it has 64MP as its primary camera. In addition, the handset will have a 32MP selfie shooter in the front punch-hole display.
Meanwhile, some other leaks suggest possible color variants for the handset. We can expect the handset to have atleast four color variants namely – Starry Dream, Aurora Blue, Moonlight Black, and Star Wish Red.
According to some other reports, this Reno 5 series will have three devices- Reno5, Reno5 Pro, and Reno5 Pro Plus. It is rumored that the Reno 5 series will launch sometime next month which is December 2020, or early next year January 2021 in China.
With leaks coming out every day, we will know soon enough when the company decides to launch its new series.
