Google is now testing a new feature on Play Store. This feature will help you download apps that will better overall. This will include a comparison between user ratings, download size, etc.
This is available in the Similar Apps section inside the app download page, however, above the Developer information section. The feature is currently applicable on Media Apps as of now. Moreover, this isn’t even rolling to broad userbase, instead only to a few.

This feature might come more handy before you even download the app. But the thing is most of the apps might have more of a fake review most of the time.
Google might make this feature available on Play Store for more apps in the coming future. This feature is currently available on 22.8.28, however, only a few people are currently getting this feature activated.
