OnePlus announced Nord devices for the US market. Do note that these devices will target the budget-friendly market, not the power users. Unlike the previous Nord devices, these devices are meant for the US market only.
OnePlus Nord N100 and N10 5G are the two new devices in the Nord Lineup. In terms of prices and specifications, the N100 and N10 5G lies below the original Nord.
The Nord N10 5G comes with 5G, which for now supports the Sub-6Ghz band and not the mmWave which is present in Europe. You will get 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. It will come with a bigger 6.49-inch display and does have that 90Hz refresh rate. You will also see a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Surprisingly, OnePlus is giving stereo speakers here. There is a 4,300mAh battery along with the 30W fast charging onboard.
At the back, you will get a 64MP camera, a 119-degree ultra-wide, a macro and a depth camera. The front-facing is a 16MP camera.
On the other hand, the OnePlus Nord N100 has the lowest specs of the bunch. A larger 6.52-inch display with dual-speakers, 5,000mAh battery, supporting up to 18W charging. But the performance will be capped, all thanks to the Snapdragon 460 which will come inside this device. This is only going to be a 4G device, with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. There will be a triple camera setup, which will have a 13MP main camera, with a macro and portrait camera.
Out of the box, both of these devices will feature Android 10 out of the box.
