Google said that they allow unlimited-length in Google to meet video chat. These unlimited-length video meetings are free for all users until the 30th of September. And after the timeline, Google is going to reduce the limit of meetings time to 60 minutes.
G Suite features will also be removed from the free plan. Advanced features and G Suite for Educational customers will also be removed. Including the number of participants in a meet is up to 250. Which will be available in paid subscription only from now on. Which costs $25 per month.
Starting in the Pandemic, many companies competed with Zoom. Google meet also recorded a good number of the user base, which is around 100 Million daily participants in April. Users if they don’t want to upgrade to a paid plan, will have to restrict their meetings up to 60 minutes.
