The ability to schedule emails for sending later was something Gmail had for years. Outlook Desktop also had this feature. Now, Microsoft has finally added it to Outlook for Web as well.
You can schedule emails to be sent later by clicking on the downward-facing arrow next to the blue send button. It will then show you a calendar that will allow you to pick a specific date and time for your email to be sent. Choose the date and time you wish to send your email on and then click the “Send” button to proceed.
Scheduled emails can be viewed in the “Drafts” folder until they have been sent. You can also edit or cancel the email as long as they are in the drafts folder by clicking on the ‘Cancel Send’ button.
