Pixel Buds firmware gets an update to fix the audio cutoffs.

Google, Pixel

Last month, Pixel Buds received its first feature drop update bringing a set of new features onboard. However, some bugs were left off and now Google is rolling out an update for the same.

A very specific issue was bothering Pixel Buds users. The audio got cut off after 1 minute 50 seconds of playback. So the update brings a fix and increases the version number to 552.

Updating the Buds will be easy. Just connect your device with the Buds, let the phone download the update. Within 10 minutes, the update will be transferred to the buds. With placing the Buds inside their case, the update takes around another 10 minutes to complete. Charge both the buds and the case enough for the update.

The Update 552 is now rolling out and will show up under More Settings > Firmware Update.
