Fitbit Sense Can Measure your Stress Levels

Fitbit has launched a new smartwatch, the Fitbit Sense, that can measure the stress levels in your body. Stress can give rise to a lot of chronic health problems, if not monitored and controlled. These include high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, diabetes, and mental health disorders.

Fitbit also gives a stress management score and a new temperature sensor that can detect changes and alert users about ever, illness, or the start of a new menstrual phase. This score ranges from 0-100, the higher, the better. It is calculated after monitoring heart rate, sleep, and activity data.

Users subscribed to Fitbit Premium get a detailed analysis of how this score is calculated, as well as detailed information on different biometric inputs used to calculate the score.

The device has support for both Google Assistant and Alexa. The display is an AMOLED one and the front of the watch has Gorilla Glass 3 for protection.

Fitbit Sense is now available for pre-order. There are two color variants available in Carbon/Graphite and Lunar White/Soft Gold stainless steel. Both retail for $329.95.
