Samsung has launched its new Galaxy M31s smartphone in India. This new M-series smartphone is a monster in itself and has tons of features for use.
The Galaxy M31s comes with Exynos 9611, a tried and tested processor by Samsung, and does come in a lot of smartphones these days. The screen is a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED panel with a peak brightness of 420nits. There are going to be two different storage and RAM variants: 6/128 and 8/128GB. There is Gorilla Glass 3 protection as well.
Other than that, you also get an expansion slot with 512GB of microSD card support.
Since the smartphone is a heavy camera oriented, let’s talk about it. The rear-facing camera is a quad-camera setup, which will have a 5MP macro camera, then a 64MP Sony IMX682 sensor, with aperture f/1.8. The ultra-wide camera here is a 12MP 123-degree FOV camera, and the last one is a 5MP depth sensor.
The front-facing camera is a 32MP sensor, capable of shooting 4K videos along with several different different modes like Front Slo-Mo, Front 4K, AR Doodle etc.
The battery on the device is a massive 6000mAh battery, with support for 25W fast-charging. Samsung claims that the smartphone will charge ff 0% to 100% within 97 minutes. The Galaxy M31s also feature reverse charging as well. For security, Samsung has equipped the device with side-mounted Power + Fingerprint scanner, and faster face unlocks in the front-facing camera.
Out of the box, you will get Android 10 with OneUI 2.0. The in-box content includes a 25W charger, ejector pin, manuals, the smartphone, and the Type-C to Type-C cable.
Galaxy M31s – Pricing, Colors, and Availability.
The smartphone will be available for sale starting August 6th and will be available in two different colors: Mirage Blue and Mirage Black. The two storage variants mentioned above will be available for ₹19,499 for 6/128GB and the 8/128GB will be available for ₹21,499.
