Xiaomi is reportedly working on a smartphone with an impressively fastest charging speed out there. The rumored device will have 120W of fast charging capability, along with some impressive hardware inside as well.
The smartphone is under works and has recently passed the 3C certification in China. Xiaomi is the new player in the highest charging speed just after Vivo, Oppo, and Realme. The Twitter handler Digital Chat Session has tweeted about the same as well.
On the other hand, two XDA devs, kacskrz and Deic, have found a mention of the device as “cas” in the source code of MIUI 12. Moreover, the source code suggests that the “cas” will come with a Snapdragon 865 or Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC. That means the smartphone is also having 5G inbuilt.
Much of the camera details have also been leaked. The smartphone will feature a 48MP main sensor, an optical zoom shooter, a “Supermoon Shooter” and a wide-angle camera with macro capabilities.
