The latest fast charging technology of OPPO is the 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 which is available in its current handsets. OPPO has finally leveled up. Today, they launch its new 125W wired Flash Charge and 65W wireless AirVOOC. And here’s all you need to know about it:
125W wired Flash Charge
This new wired Charger is capable of charging 4000mAh battery to its full capacity in just under 20 minutes and to up to 41% in just 5 minutes. All of this while maintaining the temperature of the device below 40ºC.
The charger looks quite similar to that of 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 brick. It is has a USB-C port instead of the usual Type-A. For compatibility with its other devices, the charger will come with 125W PPs and 65W USB-PD support.
The charger will push 20V at 6.25A. This comes from the new technological advancements made in the tech industry in China. It includes the 6C Dual battery set-up and three parallel charge pumps that have a 98% conversion efficiency
65W wireless AirVOOC
The wireless AirVOOC might be one of the fastest wireless chargers out there. It is capable of charging a 4000mAh battery to its full capacity in just under 30 minutes. The charger is also Qi-compatible for charging the devices at lower power levels, even the non-OPPO ones.
In addition to this, the charger comes with come of the best cooling technologies. The active cooling system and semiconductor cooler will help keep the handset 2°C lower than the normal fan used for cooling before.
While the launch date for these devices was not mentioned, the company does say that they are “commercial-ready”. We can expect to see these along with the next range of premium OPPO smartphone.
