Samsung Blu-ray players are to be malfunctioning for hundreds of users, and no one is sure what the issue is. Users report that they get stuck in an endless reboot loop when they’re switched on.
Some other users report that hearing a buzzing noise. That as if the device is trying to read a hard disk. But in many machines there is no hard disk, some of them are shutting down soon after turning on. Users complained that devices are not supporting to the commands and pressing buttons.
Users posted the issues and problems started with a firmware update. Samsung did not give a quick reply to the questions asked by the users, representatives replying to the message board are telling people the company is investigating.
