Xiaomi is now ramping its game up by targeting another sector in the Indian market – the laptop market. The company has begun teasing up the launch on Twitter with the title “Its Time”.
Xiaomi India MD, Manu Jain, has been seen in the video shutting down a laptop and saying “Its Time”, passing a hint on a Mi or Redmi laptop might launch in India. Even other Xiaomi employees are passing similar kinds of videos on Twitter.
Another tweet comes from Mi India, which indirectly challenges for the upcoming challenges already, however, virtually.
What will you expect from Xiaomi if they bring their computers to India? Well, thanks to the fact that Xiaomi is an expert in copying Apple’s designs, it is the same for their computers. The laptops do look like a Macbook, however, comes with Windows pre-installed. They do offer premium hardware at a very low cost.
Xiaomi recently launched a RedmiBook 16 with Redmi 10X in China. This RedmiBook 16 comes with 16-inch display and a 2.3GHZ Ryzen processor. And this is only for ₹47,000! The other RedmiBook 13 and 14 also received a hardware upgrade to Ryzen 4000 processors already.
If launched, these laptops can smash the sub-50,000 market easily.
