Last year, Samsung crossed $1 billion in sales in India thanks to the A-series. One of the best selling devices was Galaxy A51 which was launched in late 2019. When Samsung launched that model, it had 6GB of RAM. But seeing a good response from the buyers, Samsung is launching a new variant with 8GB of RAM inside. And the good thing about the new variant is that the price did not increase too much. Old variant of 6GB/128GB costed INR 25,250 ($330) while the new config will cost INR 27,999 ($370). It will be available in three different colours – Prism Crush White, Prism Crush Black, and Prism Crush Blue. Let’s take a look at the specification –
- Exynos 9611 chipset
- 6.5-inch 1080 x 2400 Super AMOLED display
- 6/8GB RAM
- 128GB Internal Storage
- Rear Camera – 48MP main + 12MP ultra-wide + 5MP depth sensor + 5MP macro
- Front Camera – 32MP
- 4000 mAh battery with Fast charging 15W
- Android 10 with One UI 2.1
