The first-gen Pixel Buds are one of the worst launches of Google hardware in the company’s history. These things truly were a true nightmare. Its sound quality, feature set, uncomfortable fit and fragile packaging may have been tolerable as a couple of free buttons included with a Google-branded product, but not a separate $160 order.
Google forced itself into a deeper pit by launching the Pixel Buds 2 this month, nearly three years later. Lucky for us, new buds from the business, priced at $180, turned out to be real buds. Google needed some good hardware news right now, and that news comes in the form of Pixel Buds 2 – a strong and affordable option for daily headphones in 2020.
The Pixel Buds 2 went on sale exactly a month back but only the Clearly White variant was made available on the Google Store.

Google has been a step forward regarding the color options and design when compared with the Apple’s AirPods. There isn’t any confirmed date on the availability of the color variants.
