Samsung has resumed the Android 10 update rollout in India, after a long wait due to the nationwide lockdown in the country. The updates had been paused by Samsung in the month of April. This was further paused due to the extended lockdown.
However, Samsung hasn’t announced the time frame from when the smartphone will get the Android 10 Update in the country. This is possible only after the Government of India lifted many of the restrictions in the country.
The very first batch of devices that received the update is the Galaxy A7 2018, Galaxy A6 2018, and Galaxy Tab S6. The Galaxy Tab S4 LTE variant is receiving the update right now. This applies to the smartphones which came with One UI 2.0 out of the box as well.
It will be a satisfactory moment for the A50 users who didn’t receive the update yet. Back in the month of March, Samsung released the Android 10 update. However, due to certain bugs, Samsung pulled off the update. And since then half of the Galaxy A50 users didn’t get to taste the Android 10 update.
Samsung has promised the Indian users of a bug free update for Galaxy A50 users after the lockdown lifts up.
