While Smartphone repairs, cost a lot there are certain aspects, which just can’t be fixed. And need to be changed, iFixit, which often tear apart phones and then giving them a score.
According to several online reports, iFixit did a complete tear down of the new Moto Razr and gave it a score of 1 out of 10 in terms of reparability. This is amongst the lowest scores a phone has got, in recent times.
What makes the Moto Razr difficult to repair? well, as per iFixit, Motorola has used a lot of glue in the phone and there are two batteries that need to be removed also.
Now this is comparatively less as most premium phones’ displays cost quite a lot. Moto Razr was unveiled late last year and has been launched in the US. However, the India launch is still not known. The Razr was officially unveiled on November 13, 2019 and is priced at $1,599.
The Quick View display can be used to click selfies, control music, browse notifications among other things. The Motorola Razr is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor and brings 6GB of RAM on board. The Motorola Razr has 16MP camera sensor which can be used for clicking selfies.
Motorola has packed in a fingerprint sensor also in the new Razr packs in a 2510mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
