Apple tipster and former KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has published a research note, according to a note. Apple plans to launch both sub 6 GHz and sub 6 GHz-plus iPhone plus in the later year of 2020.
As per Kuo said both sub 6 GHz iPhones models, are under development as per schedule.
As per him, the 5G iPhone lineup could arrive in two batches where they are first expected to unveil sub-6GHz models in September and later on launch mmWave in December or January.
In December 2019, Kuo also said that the pricing of 5G iPhone won’t be as high as expected. Kuo believes Apple will not increase the price of 5G iPhones compared to this year’s line up.
Kuo, also said that Apple is also expected to launch iPhone biannually from 2020. The launch cycle may involve unveiling low-end iPhones in the first half of the year, whereas the high-end-iPhones will be launched in the second half of the year
