The leaks of the upcoming LG G8X has finally surfaced online and might land at IFA 2019. Other than the fact that it is coming, and does have a few visual and hardware changes, but no specifications are known.
The LG G8X will have a dual-camera setup, instead of the newer triple-camera setups. Which is generally found in the 2019 smartphones. And the front camera hiding behind the waterdrop notch.
On contrary to the LG G8 Z, this smartphone doesn’t have the front-facing ToF. Which means you will not get the 3D facial recognition, advanced Gesture Control, etc.
However, as per the renders, the smartphone will have the 3.5-mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C as well. Also, there is going to be a separate hardware key on the device as well.
There is no rear-facing fingerprint scanner on the device, thus can assume it will be under the display.
It is also possible that these devices might not get all the flagship features like quad DAC etc.
