Microsoft Planner is a very well known task manager. Now, it is being integrated with Microsoft ToDo to create the company’s vision of a unified task manager.
You can now create tasks in Microsoft Planner and have them show up within a special “Assigned to Me” section inside Microsoft To-Do. But that’s not it. You can see more details such as comments and file attachments which you can select “Open in Planner” to jump into the app.
There are other integration features as well. For instance, if you create a task in Planner with a due date, it’ll show up in the “Planned” list.
