Galaxy J4 is an affordable smartphone in the price range below ₹10,000. So, as the Galaxy J2 Core. The Galaxy J2 Core is the first Android Go smartphones from Samsung. Recently, both the devices got certified for Android Pie updates from Wi-Fi Certification.
Notice that the update will still have some time to reach these two devices. The Galaxy J4 is supposed to receive the update in the month of April, according to the updated road map. But What about J2 Core? It is a device which runs on the Android Oreo Go edition. The Go Edition is a ripped off version of the original Android OS. The OS is so designed so as to support the lowest possible hardware, that is around 1GB RAM for the latest OS to run.
But, the problem is, The J2 Core runs on Android Oreo with Experience UI. Which might make the device get the update a little late than the mentioned time stamp on the roadmap.
