According to a report from Droid-Life, Samsung’s upcoming flagship will feature the new WiFi standards out of the box. All of the three models of Galaxy S10 will have the next generation WiFi 6 onboard.
The WiFi 6 will give tremendous speed as compared to the current WiFi standards. However, there will be no use, the reason being there are not much or say negligible devices are present that will go with the latest standards.
However, this standard can make the Galaxy S10 futureproof. That means, with these latest standards, the S10 can work flawlessly. If Samsung wants, you can get 3 or more Android updates as well. But, Google only allows OEMs to give updates for a max 3 years of time, whether its a flagship or budget device.
As per rumors, the Galaxy S10 will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC, which does have WiFi 6 inbuilt.
The Galaxy S10 is supposed to launch by the end of this month.
