The Poco F1 has been one of the best smartphones of 2018 and it’s a gift that just keeps giving. The Poco F1 recently got a permanent cut on its original price and as per reports, it has now started receiving the latest Global stable update of the MIUI 10.2.2.0.
Xiaomi a couple of weeks ago announced the availability of Android Pie 9.0 to its devices and the update has now arrived through the MIUI 10 Global ROM.
C Manmohan, General Manager of Poco India revealed last week about the development of the new software update under the curtains. Manmohan announced via his official Twitter handle that the new update will bring the much awaited 960fps slow-motion video recording along with the enhanced low-light mode.
As per the posts on MIUI forums, the MIUI 10.2.2.0 Stable ROM for the Poco F1 has started rolling out and the update weighs around 311MB in size with the build V10.2.2.0.PEJMIXM.
As mentioned earlier, the main highlight of the update is the ability for the Poco F1 to shoot 960fps-Slow-Mo and also the newly enhanced low-light mode which will help improve images clicked during the night time.
Poco Global Head Alvin Tse according to Gadgets.ndtv on Friday confirmed through a tweet that this update comes with a couple of bugs and the fix patch will be made available very soon also, the update will reach to each and every user over time. The update also brings December 2018 security patch.
