CES 2019 is here, and Lenovo announced a new product which resembles the Surface Pro. The Lenovo Yoga A940 is an all-in-one PC with a hinge that allows its display to adjust to a drawing mode. It has a 27-inch display, available in both 4K and QHD resolutions. Both of the models support Dolby Vision HDR and include the ability to tilt it to a 25-degree drafting mode.
The internals is an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, up to 32GB of RAM, up to 512GB of PCIe SSD or 2TB HDD storage, and AMD Radeon RX 560 discrete graphics. The device has four USB 3 ports, two USB 2 ports, a single USB 3.1 port, and a 3-in-1 card reader.
There’s also Lenovo Precision Dial, just like the Surface Dial. You can use it to adjust brush stroke size, opacity, and tip size in Adobe Photoshop. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Lightroom also support the dial.
Lenovo will launch the Yoga A940 in March this year. It will start at $2349.99 which is more than $1,000 cheaper than the Surface Studio.
