Google Chrome for Linux, Windows and Mac gets PIP

Android Oreo has brought many different features since its launch. However, one of the features is been used around for long. Google has finally brought one of the long-awaited feature – Picture in Picture mode or PIP mode to Google Chrome.

The feature is for Chrome on Linux, Windows and MacOS. The feature will come to Android and Chrome OS pretty soon.

Meanwhile, if you want to turn on the feature manually, just type chrome://flags/#enable-surfaces-for-videos on your address bar. Then turn on the first two options from Default to Enabled and restart the browser.

Then, to switch, right click on the player and select PIP mode. Please note that the feature currently works on YouTube only.
