Recently, Samsung sent out even invites for its “Unpacked” event, where the company will launch the Galaxy Note 9 on August 9th. But details have started to trickle out regarding the legendary S-pen.
Droid Life spotted that the S-pen will feature Bluetooth for additional functionality. The FCC filing confirms this and this could act as a multi-purpose Bluetooth button.
If that’s the case, the button could let users do things like start and stop timers, control music, take photos, or even possibly answer or hang up on calls.
The feature could also help in finding out the location of the S-pen, just in case you lose it. Or maybe if ring your phone up. The Unpacked event is just round the corner so we’ll know everything soin.
