Samsung’s budget series is probably getting a new member. The Galaxy J4 images have likely surfaced online
The device has been submitted to the National Communication Propagation Committee of Taiwan for approval and the first live pictures of the Galaxy J4 have surfaced on the agency’s website.
We have seen increasing evidence over the past couple of weeks which suggests that an official launch of the new Galaxy J series may not be that far off. The official support pages of the Galaxy J6 were spotted last week so it appears that Samsung might make an official announcement soon.
Looking at the image, it seems like the Galaxy J4, perhaps couldn’t get a metal body. It’s going to have a removable back which also means that the handset will have a replaceable battery.
Even though it’s quite likely that the Galaxy J6 will feature a flat Infinity Display with no home button and a repositioned fingerprint sensor at the back, these images suggest that no such drastic design changes will be made to the Galaxy J4 and it’s going to retain the physical home button at the front.
Samsung is yet to confirm anything about its new Galaxy J series handsets, though it’s only a matter of time now before the Galaxy J4 and other new models in this lineup are officially launched.
