Earlier today Alcatel announced Alcatel 1X, world’s first Android Go device. Following the path, HMD Global becomes the second OEM to bring out Android Go device. The new Nokia One will be powered by the lightweight Android Oreo Go Edition. The price is set to be $85 and will be available in EU, Asia, Africa and many more countries.

HMD is aiming this device to the first time smartphone users who are still in the “transition” phase. With Google’s lightweight OS and cheaper pricer, HMD might hit a home run.
