Back in the beginning of November 2017, Samsung started beta testing Android Oreo in the Galaxy S8. Oreo comes with lots of new features and of course a lot of bugs. After two and a half months, Samsung is finally ready to release Oreo to the public. They have sent a notice to the beta testers that confirms that the Oreo beta will meet its end on January 26.
A big THANK YOU for your overwhelming response to the Samsung Experience 9.0 Beta. Your feedback about performance, reliability and usability has helped us to release more reliable, better performing software and provide an improved user experience to Samsung users.
We expect Samsung to release the Oreo build to general users over the next week. With MWC near us, Samsung is also preparing to release Galaxy S9, 2018’s flagship device.
