Lenovo has just launched the company’s latest mid-range add-up smartphone Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus in India. Both the smartphone are priced under 16000 INR, shelled inside metal unibody. The Sin both named denotes ‘Special Edition’, although they are just the upgraded versions of earlier launched Moto G5 and .G5 Plus. The smartphones have been launched globally several weeks ago, and the Lenovo is showing highly aggressiveness in launching the device in the country shortly after the official launch.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Moto G5S comes with a 5.2-inch FullHD IPS display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core SoC, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, a 16MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera and a 3,000 mAh battery.
Additionally, the Moto G5S Plus packs a 3,000 mAh battery and supports fast charging via Motorola’s TurboCharge technology, which the company claims can give you up to 6 hours of power in just 15 minutes of charge.
If you decide to opt for the Moto G5S Plus, you can take advantage of quite a few different launch offers. These include a discount worth Rs. 1,000 if you exchange your old device, up to 80 percent off Kindle books (up to Rs. 300), no cost EMI on all credit cards, and up to 50 GB additional data on Jio’s 4G network. You can also get your hands on Motorola’s sports headphones valued at Rs. 1,599 for just Rs. 499.
As for pricing, the Moto G5S will retail for a price of RS. 13,999 ($218) while the higher-specced G5S Plus will set you back RS. 15,999 ($250).
