At Build 2017, Microsoft announced so many upcoming changes in their native music app Groove Music. It included major design changes and many new features. As promised, Microsoft is now updating the Groove Music app for the Windows 10 devices in the production build.
A new update is rolling out to the Groove Music app for the Windows 10 Mobile devices and PC devices which are in the Insider production build. You can now download the updated version of the app on your devices to enjoy this new features. If you are in the production build, you would get a chance to make a sneak peek at the revamped Groove Music app.
The new version of the Groove Music app is 10.17042.1411.0 and you can access it right now from the Microsoft store. It brings the signature translucent look of Fluent to the sidebar and bottom part of Groove Music. It also includes features to create playlists automatically – based on the genres and artists in your library – as well as the capability to watch music videos directly inside the app.
